El Furat Spinning Co. announces its need to Call for offer prices for Supplying , erection and operation of yarn faults classifying instrument for tender NO according to special     book conditions related to this announcement

1-Bid bond /3000/ EURO paid duly .

2-Performance bond 10% of the contract value paid in a form of accepted bank guarantee from one of the banks in Syria.

3-Offerer should stick to his offer /180/ days from the date of deadline.

4-Execution period shortest possible and it will be taken into consideration at financial evaluation.

5-The announcement is according to contracts system No.51 for 2004.

6-Offers are strictly accepted from the manufactured companies or from its commercial agents registered duly by Ministry of Economy and Commerce or the distributed companies adopted by the manufactured companies for equipment , machinery and spare parts.

7-The file is free of charge.

8-The prices offered are considered final and not accepting breaking or decreasing after the closing date.

9-The file can be obtained either by hand or correspondence from the commercial Directorate in the company.

ANNEX  NO.1                         Technical Specifications

A. Machinery

Equipments for 2 sets of Combination Air Conditioning

( Blast air capacity 205000m³/h )

B. Technical conditions:

1. CTEXIC Company will send specialist to visit the site ,provide design and

     equipment list and choose suitable erection place for the equipment

     after we win the tender.

2. CTEXIC Company will provide the following drawings : equipment layout, civil

    constructions , mechanical and electrical drawings etc. After signing

    the contract.

3. Air conditioning unit provides with capacity of 205000m³/h the required humidity     

    for all kinds of  cotton yarns according to international standards .                 

4. We will provide complete technical specifications for all the required

    mechanical and electrical equipment after signing the contract.

5. We will provide operation description for each part after singing the

    contract.

6. CTEXIC Company provides the required tools for erection.

7. The Combination Air Conditioning Unit work according to Automatic Control

      System.      

8. We will provide required catalogues and technical leaflets for maintenance

      and operation after signing the contract.

9. We will insure all cables and wire well insulated , wrapped , fixed and distributed

      in good way when being installed.

10. Electric current ( 380 V ± 10 ) 50Hz , with protection of sudden low current and

      the motor protection ( IP-44 ) dust and water proof.

Two motors for the system.

1-     Axial Blast Fan FZ40-11 INSTALL POWER 55kw.

2-     Axial Return –Air Flow Fan FZ40-11 ,install power 45Kw.

11. The level of noise is ≤ 80db, within the allowed level internationally.

12. The number of equipment is 2 sets of Combination Air Conditioning Unit.

13. The design chooses water filter to purify and filtrate water from impurities, lime

      and precipitates to insure the equipment's safety.

14. It's  suitable for three shifts.

15- The necessary civil works will born by the Chinese side.

16. The conditioning unit must achieve the required aim of it for the required  

       humidity , temperature and the purity of the workshop for the work of twisting

         machines in the workshop.

Note:

1.     The above quotation is on basis of:

USD 173,299.21 FOB Chinese port.

USD 191,299.21 C&F Syrian port.

2.     The weight of goods are about:

Gross weight : 61100 kg.

Net weight    : 45720 kg.

3.     The volume of goods is about : 321m³, 35 cases in total. For details , please

Refer to B part 11^th item of the technical part.

4.     Package : Wooden cases suitable for seaworthy transport.

5.     Port of loading : Shanghai port, China.

6.     Goods' country of origin is China.

7.     The above quotation does not include the civil works.

8.     The above quotation includes the expenses of design, installation & debugging

Investigation on site , training and one-year quality guarantee.

9.     Shipment time : 60 days after being notified receiving your L/C.

Erection and start operation time : 60 days.

Training

-         Internal training: To train /4/ four technicians during the erection time.

-         External training: To train /4/ four technicians in China for /14/ days after the execution of contract at the own expenses of the Chinese Side including two way flight tickets to China, stay, food , transport , pocket money and medical care if necessary .

-         Shipment : /60/ days after receiving the details of the confirmed L/C.
